Cancellation Policy

In such cases, we will promptly notify you via email or phone. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Orders can only be modified within 24 hours of placement, as changes cannot be guaranteed after this period. Please note that custom-made or clearance items cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.
To avoid cancellations due to incorrect information, please ensure that all details provided during the order process are accurate. In exceptional cases or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel an order and will notify you as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, with any adjustments made for discount codes or gift cards. Reinstating cancelled orders is subject to product availability and may require a new order.
