Exchange & Return Policy

Our shipments undergo thorough inspection before being dispatched. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below:

Any issue regarding damage, stains, or defects should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request a digital image for review.

Within seven days after the delivery date, a return/exchange request must be made and accompanied by evidence of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels intact.

Clearance sale (discounted items) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We will either exchange the returned items at no additional cost or refund the product price to the credit/debit card used during the purchase.

For exchanges, customers can choose new items after the returned products are received and verified.

If a refund is requested, the purchase price (excluding shipping fees for online orders) will be returned via the original payment method once the returned item has been received and verified to meet the above conditions. You are responsible for any costs related to returning the item, including currency conversion fees and/or local or international taxes.

Refunds will be processed and credited within 10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds will only be applicable if the product is free from any damage caused after delivery.
